No communication on over-charge

I register for the FLymore membership, then proceeded to book flight tickets. I was charged the full amount of the flight of about R2 300+ in addition to R800 flymore fee. I have logged a call at 07:00 on the 2nd of November (***) and was advised that the issue has to be escalated to the fly more call center which only opens at 08:00 and that I would receive a response as to the way forward by 08:30. To date i have received no response. I have tried calling the call center multiple times with no success. No one is getting back to me despite leaving multiple call backs.
