NO CLIENT SERVICE

I am utterly dissapointed and disgusted in this airline.

I was not allowed to take my luggage with me on the flight because I was to "late" for check in but when I phined to tell them I was going to be late they said nothing of not lwtting my big luggage on board S I GOT THERE i was told no luggage allowed I was not even given time to pack something in my hand luggage all my medication and undergarmets toiletries everything is in there. When I asked them to send my luggage the next day they refused. there were 4 oh them the one man was helpfull the other were sitting on their phones. not trying to assist me after almost 5 min of arguing the finally called the flight controller who declined my request to bring my luggage on board, I work for a big company who uae FLYSAFAIR daily and I will juswt have to make sure we get a better customer servi e orientated airline. DISGUSTING!
