No booking confirmation

I waiting hours for the R11 deal. I managed to get a departure and return flight. I added check in bag and ended up amounting to R314, which I was happy with. I paid by with Capitec scan to pay. The payment went through. I did not receive a confirmation email however I did see my upcoming flight on the app and my flight information. An hour or 2 later I checked the app and it said I had 0 upcoming flights!! How is that possible at first my number worked to see my flight information but then it removed again!! I called customer service, emailed them and WhatsApp them from 12 to 7pm and no help or assistance! Very poor customer service and where is my flight confirmation???
