No bag arrived & I had to wait 2.5hrs

Hi there I fly at least 2x a month with Safair. I flew yesterday afternoon Sunday 1st match from Jhb to Durban and back today ( see flights attached). The reason for my trip is that my 90 year old uncle was admitted to hospital in Scottburgh.. he had dementia.. I was staying in his flat and had brought a sheet and sleeping bag and pillow as well a some essential meds in my luggage. So when I landed at 2pm I had no option to to wait 2.5 hours for the bag to be brought on another flight. I was not the only one.. they're are 10 of us. A mom with a baby who didn't have formula, a couple, a family etc.

It was really really bad timing for me. I landed up not being allowed in to see my uncle and was very tearful and upset.

What does FlySafair do in such a case?

Also I've emailed you twice and had no response, so that's also disappointing...
