No baby change facilities on board Flysafair flights!

We were on Safair FA146 28th Jan 2018 and FA143 31st Jan 2018 CPT to East London and back. On both flights we took our 3 month old baby and needed to change his diaper. Both flights we were told "there are baby change facilities at the back of the plane" yet when we got there, nothing! One flight attendant was kind enough to let us use a seat to change him, but on the flight back they said it wasn't allowed because of safety which i understood. We tried to change him in the toilet and were told that "it is an inconvenience to other passengers if you change your baby in the toilet" and that we can't use a seat either. I would just like to ask what you expect us to do when you can't facilitate us with a baby change in the first place???? The excuse was that the planes are new and NONE of the crew knew where the baby change is or if they even have one even though they told us in the beginning that you do! Then to tell us that we are being inconvenient???? What a disgrace! How can i ever fly with my baby with Flysafair again knowing that i can't change his diaper on board?? Never again! Lastly, online it advertises that you get a free baby seat and pram etc but all they offer is an additional seat belt.

Please sort this out Flysafair!

From a new mom and first time experience with baba on a plane, i am very disappointed.
