No assistance no customer care

Asked to change our flights. We are prepared to pay all penalties. 1st Request 24/3/22. Need new flights for 25/5/22 out and return 27/5/2022 on the same times as previous bookings. Lodges (5*) were prepaired to change the dates. They keep on saying we canceled too late and it's not true. We have all documents with dates. Still waiting for a response from FlySafair. Do they still exist? There assistance and customer care is extremely bad. Very disappointed in them. Don't recommend them to anyone at all. We only want a flight from ORTambo to KZN. Not even a overseas flight. ZA***1. This is my second bad experience with them. Sure will be the last one. A lady said earlier this week she'll follow up on this and take it to management, still no response and time is running out.
