No assistance for immobile passenger

I would always rate the airline quite highly because I simply had a flying experience. The only time you know that you're valued is when you're at your lowest, and yesterday was one of those days. I'd booked wheelchair assistance because I sustained a terrible injury on my trip, and this was approved days before my departure. I confirm this at the check-in counter and they confirmed that assistance would be waiting when I land. Upon landing, there was no wheelchair or anyone to offer assistance. The attendant was kind but couldn't do anything and I just watched them leave as I boarded the bus. Went to the information counter and finally, a perfect stranger took mercy on me and helped with my luggage after collecting it from the carousel. I'm so appalled by how invisible my request was treated, it reduced me to utter tears as I scrambled around the airport in my immobile situation while on crutches and with luggage. I do not wish this kind of torture upon anyone. A day later and in disbelief. I can't imagine how someone who is disabled gets treated by you, I will not be flying with you based on the ********* experience.
