No assistance at all

Do not use this airline even at a little better price than the other airlines. They give you no assitance with your situation. Their checkin counters the ladies have bad attitudes and wont even call a manager when asked. I fly with mutliple airlines across the world and never been treated so badly. DO NOT USE SAFAIR. They wont help when in need.
