No April Fools’ Joke

Flew from East London to Johannesburg on 1 April. Massive thunderstorm in Johannesburg area so we circled for half an hour and then diverted to Lanzeria where we were on the runway for two and a half hours. We know the weather is out of your control but your cabin crew staff need to be trained on how to professionally and sensitively deal with instances such as this. Most disappointing.
