Nightmare to change Booking Dates

<p>I tried to change my booking at Flysafair, firstly the cost of changing the dates is double the price of the ticket, secondly the call centre is so unhelpful and worse of all there is no-refund policy to cancel flights, is that even allowed under The Consumer Protection Act (CPA)? Worst service</p>
