Nightmare service from Thando Hadebe – System errors costing me money!

I am experiencing extreme difficulties changing a flight booking that cannot be updated online because it was made via an agent. Dealing with agent Thando Hadebe has been an absolute nightmare. Despite holding a flexi ticket, they repeatedly insisted on applying ******* change fees. It took an exhausting wait and a supervisor escalation just to get those incorrect charges dropped.To make matters worse, your system is showing incorrect flight increase costs, and trying to apply my valid voucher has been an endless, painful process. As it stands, my flights are still not changed, and prices are actively increasing while your team mismanages my request.I need a senior manager to contact me immediately, apply my voucher, and honor the original fare difference before prices climb any further!
