Nightmare service

I've been queuing for 2hours in Capetown to check in my bank and when I enquire the staff are so rude. When I arrive in Joburg my luggage is no where to be found no communication,I was then ask to fill a form to lodge my complaint.

My problem is why are they not communicating.
