Never Flying with this airline again!
<p>This weekend I experienced the WORST - most unhelpful service from this airline. The Flight was at 6:45 and boarding was meant to start at 6:30 according to the information on my boarding pass. We reached the airport by 6:28 ... passed through the security check gate at 6:35 ish (we had no bags to check in)... We were rushing to our boarding gate E1. not realising that they were calling us (via announcements) to gate D1... We finally ran back up to customer service at 6:40 and they completely refused to let us and 2 other people on the flight and we're very rude about it. We argued that thier was still time but they made nasty comments about us and were taunting us and saying we will only get to Durban the next day. I was extremely upset and disappointed and the worst is we had made it before time of flight!</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say our day was ruined and I lost all the money for flight/return flight and car hire in Durban for the day. and they refused to help us reschedule our flights saying that the only thing they can do is put us on a waiting list and we wouldn't make it to Durban. </p> <p> </p> <p>As a new airline I would've expected them to honestly be more helpful and accommodating. </p> <p>I am extremely disappointed and do not plan to ever use this airline and I will be SURE to share my horrible experience with EVERYONE I know.</p>
