Never flying this airline again

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I flew back to Cape Town from Durban on Monday the 13.10.2025. My flight which was meant to leave at 15:30 was delayed 5HOURS! The flight time moved to 21:05. Normally delays aren't an issue, what the big problem is, the company knew that their plane had broken down and was being fixed a whole 2 hours before our scheduled flight time as it had broken down at its last stop in Joburg. If it was just me flying there really wouldn't have been a problem but I had my 18month old with me, and the airport had no formula that I could buy or nappies in his size. Then just to top it all off the airline broken my pram.
