Never fly with flysafair

The epitome of INCOMPETENCE. They lost my luggage not once but twice on two separate flights. **** & said they tried to contact me, when putting my luggage they LEFT in Cape Town on a flight to Johannesburg they put it on the last flight out when I needed those things for that day as I was attending an event. I will never ever fly with them again. USELESS,***********, & PATHETIC
