Never ever use this airline😡😡😡

My husband and I travelled on the 13th December. Booked two bags in. My Samsonite spinner handle has been dented so badly it cannot pull out and the wheel is burnt off. Called them and sent photos and they have said they not responsible and will not compensate at all. I must take it up with baggage handlers. I put my bags in their flight and trusted them. I don’t know any baggage handlers. They are sharks and I will never ever use them again. The cost to repair is now my problem. I paid R9.5k for that bag it’s shocking!!!!!!!
