NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK SAFAIR

First and last time I will ever book with SAFAIR. Passengers for 08h00 flight Durban to OR Tambo on 28 April 2018 were still stuck in departures at 13h15 with no communication about what time they might expect to fly or what the problem was. Phoned Helpline who indicated a new plane had been dispatched but no idea what time it would arrive. By this time our appointments had all been missed and no real point going to Joburg anyway. A complete waste of a day and of money including the car hire costs.
