Never again!

I also had very bad service with flysafair. I arrived 40min before departure time due to traffic. I was told I was to late for check-in. It is common practice for arriving early for your domestic flight. But when we got to the check-in counter, we were told we are late for our flight, and we should go. Instead of helping us. We had no idea where to go or what to do, we went back to her to request what our options were, as missing this domestic flight would interfere with our next international flight, she stated again we are late and that we should go, and refused to help us. We really don't appreciate the way we were treated, we will not use this airline again in the future, or recommend it to our friends or family.
