Negligent, inhumane and unacceptable

My mother has a weak heart and cannot climb stairs. We booked her ticket with wheelchair assistance, yet when she landed, FlySafair staff told her there was “no wheelchair” and forced her down stairs carrying bags. She became breathless, dizzy, and weak, but staff kept rushing her and even made her walk up more stairs.

When she couldn’t continue, she sat down, only to be told to get up because they “needed the chair.” She eventually had to lay on the floor, begging for help to check her blood pressure — and was ignored. Only when it became obvious she was in serious danger did a wheelchair finally arrive, far too late.

This treatment was inhumane, negligent, and life-threatening. FlySafair completely failed to provide the service booked and showed zero care for a passenger’s safety. Absolutely unacceptable.
