****** my payment for extra room seats

I am very tall. I paid for an emergency seat, Went into the booking and paid for it. Selected the seat. Then when I checked in, the seat was taken away. Both trips. The call center, just shut my call down. very rude., If it dropped, they did not bother to call me back
