Most **** website

<p>Ive been on the website entire day.everytime i got to choosing my flight it kicks me back to the robot screen.i even phoned them and told them what happened and they said they cant do anything.This is hardly fair as this is false advertising because they say on the website that you wont lose your place in the queue.yet they dont want to help you.Isnt there something in the customer protection act about this?please help anyone.</p>
