Money went off my account and then got thrown off

I am so disgusted!!!!! How do you launch a special such as R1 per flight or R299 per flight and then you do not have the infrastructure to support the volumes. I tried to book a flight to East London and the money went off my account but then got thrown off their booking page. So I don't have a reference number or booking confirmation but they have my money. I tried to phone them - guess what!!! I could not get through!!
