MONEY *******

<p>I went online to book tickets to JHB. One ticket was about R1600 fair enough I paid it. We arrive at the airport and we went to check in. At the checkin counter they tell me that my baggage was not included in the price I already paid. So i had to pay R1000 extra for 2 bags. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IF ITS NOT CLEARLY INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE!!! I am furious. Today i went back online to see if they actually tell you anything about the bags not included when booking a ticket and only if you 'click' on the word 'light' they tell you that your bags wont be included. How many people do they catch like this! I WILL NEVER FLY WITH SAFAIR AGAIN. What a *******.</p>
