My mother & I arrived at the airport(PE) at 20:30 our flight was at 21:00 tonight to JHB was refused a boarding pass but the plane was still there and passengers were still queuing to board! Were told to pay extra R400 standby for standby the next day, I mean it was 30 minutes before my flight leaves there was still enough time for us to catch the plane it was still there, passengers till queuing?!?
