Money over people

I booked a return trip from JHB to PE,I was supposed to go to a family funeral. My partner with whom I stay with, tested positive for Covid.. FlySAFair tells me I need to make changes to the booking, which is very unfair considering Covid 19 is hardly within anyone’s control. I have no idea when I’ll be traveling again and I have to pay R300 for each booking, every time I make changes. We’re in the middle of a pandemic, it can’t be business as usual.
