Money disappeared

<p>I'm really disappointed by fly safair. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was making a booking online for 3 of my family members. </p> <p>Got to the payment page and I got an option to pay using SID instant eft of which I did...</p> <p> </p> <p>But for some reason it seems the payment didn't go through but my money was deductedmade </p> <p> </p> <p>Called the call centre and I'm advised that the payment was reserved however FNB says the money was taken from account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so.stressed because the flight is for Sunday and I can't wait 7 days for the investigation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Could it be that the money is with SID instant eft? Because fly safair doesn't have it and my bank doesn't have it ? </p> <p> </p> <p>I need someone from fly safair to investigate this please to check what happened to the payment. </p>
