Money Deducted Twice and Yet No Booking!!!

I am still waiting for my refund. Since Tuesday... Your website crashed twice while making payment...Yet money was deducted in my account in both instances... I had to book for the third time and chose to go pay at PnP... I want my full refund back ASAP!!!
