Mistreatment of my retired disabled father and family

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent flight with FlySafair. My family and I encountered a series of unpleasant experiences, primarily due to the behavior of one of your flight attendants, which made the trip uncomfortable and distressing. During the flight, my father, who is elderly and disabled, was seated far from us in the front of the aircraft. Unfortunately, when we attempted to approach him during the flight to assist with his needs, such as help him out of the aircraft together with the porter, as he also needs assistance getting up, we were prevented from doing so by a flight attendant. Despite explaining the situation, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude, making it difficult for us to provide the necessary care and comfort for him throughout the journey. Additionally, when we requested tea for my father, we were denied the request without any valid explanation, further adding to the stress of the situation. After the flight, we approached the same flight attendant to address our concerns, hoping for some understanding. Unfortunately, her attitude remained unprofessional, and she continued to be rude, showing no regard for our complaints or my father’s situation. This level of disrespect both during and after the flight was deeply upsetting. As a frequent traveller with FlySafair, I have never experienced such behaviour and I have always appreciated your company’s commitment to customer service, and this experience was far from what I have come to expect. I am deeply disappointed by how the situation was handled and hope that such incidents are not reflective of your company’s standards. I would appreciate your prompt investigation into this matter and kindly request an explanation, as well as measures that can be taken to prevent this from happening again.
