Mistake booking fly Sa see as opportunity to make more money instead of help

Today I tried to book a return flight to jhb

When I trying to book there i did not see return flight option on the first page

I selected the option available which I thought was return

And it turned out it was one way .

I immediately mailed fly Sa and was told to book a one way flight as a second booking

I explained to the person that’s double the fair

They then explained if I cancel my flight and redo the booking I would lose money and I should just book a second flight

All bit rediculous to say the least

The return flight cost is R850

A one way ticket is R850 and I’m being told to purchase a second one way ticket for R850

So I must pay double for what a one return ticket would cost

In order to correct an honest mistake

Which I immediately tried to correct

It’s day light ******* the consultants seem to be sale people instead of helping
