Missing Parts of my baby's car chair

<p>Flew FlySafair in December. Arrived at uShaka airport and found that my 4 month old sons car chair, which fits into the pram, had missing padding as well as the cover that keeps him out of the sun. The entire holiday i had a towel over the pram in the heat and the straps digging into his neck, so is the situation back home. I filed a report. Recieved one phone call questioning it and then never to heard from them again. Thank you FlySafair for your negligence.</p>
