Missed flight due to *********** processes and staff

We had such a disappointing experience early this morning when arriving 90 minutes before our flight as required but due to queues literally circling the entire floor without an end to the line in sight, we were unable to get through. We then rushed to find someone to get us through before the gate closes but we're sent from pillar to post wkth nobody really knowing what to do. Once we got through, to the gates, we were nicely told that we cannot board any longer even though the flight has not left yet. We paid the R300 to be on the wait list but that is honestly a money making scheme because they can't tell you how many people are already on the wait list and after paying, we found out that atleast 13 people were on that wait list. Flysafair are really trying to milk people without taking responsibility for anything claiming that it is out of their control when really long queues really cannot be a customer's responsibility
