Missed flight by unprofessional airline queue at boarding gate

I regret to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the missed flight, which occurred due to arriving one minute late at the boarding gate. The unprofessional conduct and discourteous behavior displayed by the airline staff have left me deeply dissatisfied. Regrettably, I must convey that based on this experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this airline to others in the future. I want my refund on poor management !
