Missed flight as result of FlySAFair system errors

We booked a flight on the 13th of August 2015 for a flight on the 18th August 2015, when we arrived at the airport for check-in our names did not appear on the check-in system. We missed a very crucial business meeting and for this reason we will not be using this airline again as everyone did not seem to know whats going. <br> <br> We would like to be refunded. BOOKING ***
