Missed flight

My colleague and I missed our flight from EL to CPT 3 Dec. 17. It was the first time flying with flysafair. We were standing in the qeue at the ticket sales counter and was standing in the qeue for about 10 Min. Nobody assisted us and we were there on time. A gentleman came and asked if we flying to CPT and he said we must go to the check-in counter. We then went to the check-in counter and the guy at the check-in counter told us that the checkin was closed. We informed him that we were here on time and was standing in the wrong qeue and he rep**** that is not his problem we are late which we were not. We were suppose to be on training Monday, 4Dec.17. We will now inform our organisation not to make use of flysafair in future. Really bad service.
