Missed flight

My husband and I live in Tzaneen, Limpopo, where we are running an orphanage on a voluntary basis (thus receiving no income). On the 3rd of December 2015, our children, Liberty Delsouiller and Elliott Delsouiller, travelled to Cape Town to visit their grandparents, pensioners, who paid for their tickets.<br> After a long trip to the airport (bus and then Gautrain) they arrived at the airport at 17h00.<br> Their plane was leaving at 18h00 and boarding was at 17h40. Being the first time they travel alone, they were not sure where to go and were happy to find a lady with a Safair uniform... They showed her their tickets and she took them to a boarding gate a told them to wait here then she disappeared. She came back after some time and told them she made a mistake
