Misrepresentation to Lure Consumers 😩

Disappointed , I waited since early hours of the morning to get a chance to book the sale tickets from FLYSAFAIR and when i was allowed the second time in their system had a glitch and i reported it but still they deducted money from my account now when I report the issue am told to cancel the ticket and I won’t get a full refund or I change the ticket which either way I have to incur costs for something I won’t be able to utilise I am so disappointed.
