Misplaced Drivers License

Flight number FA102 CPT-JHB 25/10/2019 17:35 flight.

Complaint for an incident that took place today.

A gentleman by the name of Ashwin Banda from Safair (Cape Town check in counter) misplaced my drivers license. He was multi tasking and he had my drivers license in his hand and misplaced it.

Please investigate this matter further by looking at the camera footage to locate my drivers license. This is a massive inconvenience for me and would like to know how safair are going to assist with this matter promptly and effectively.

Further, the gentleman was very rude and did not allow me to search around his desk area in case he dropped it.

I would appreciate if you could treat this matter as urgent and provide relevant feedback ASAP.
