Misleading safair competition at CT International Airport

I entered a competition at Cape Town International Airport 21 December 2024 and won a prize of free flights with Safair - we took a photo with their representative at the time with the winning scratch card . Despite numerous attempts telephonically and via emails I have to date not received my prize or any communication whatsoever from Safair ( with the exception of one lady who promised to get bs k to me but still got nowhere with her ) . This is really unbelievably bad service from Safair and frustrating and disappointing- who can help me please ? Empty promises and a waste of time at the airport as well as trying to follow up to claim my prize - unbelievably poor service!
