Misleading information

When booking on the website, flysafair indicate that for certain bookings, you get two free changes to your booking. This is not true - when you change your booking they charge a R 100 "service" fee for effecting the change. They also claim that when they change a booking and charge this fee, they need your credit card details again because they do not keep them. Absolute nonsense!

No-one in my office will again fly with these people.
