Misinformed personal

Lady at checkin was grossly misinformed. We flew from JHB to els with an affidavit as it states on the website that it is sufficient. She stood there and told us we can’t board with an affidavit! I showed her the website info and she stood there and told me this isn’t OR Thembi and I can’t board! I am livid!!!!!!!!! East London airport horror
