Minor travelling alone poor service

I am a very unhappy and distressed mom, I have used the minor travelling alone service for my kids and on 2 occasions they were moved from sitting next to each other to accomodate other passengers. On flight 349 from Durban at 22:23 I had to speak to the air hostess after my daughter informed me they were moved again to accomodate an elderly couple. This is very much unfair, my children have to be subjected to unfair treatment because there is no adult to speak on their behalf. Why does SAFAIR offer this service for the parents to suffer. My little kids were moved apart changing seats 3 times. I am beyond angry.

Please do not pay an extra R800 to have poor service and have stressed children being bossed by adults in a flight.
