****ming the customers money

I just made booking through edreams website to add another passenger guess, FlySafair/edreams booked my name twice same time. Luckily i just discovered the mistake when i phoned their call center they are making me to pay R300. It's not my mistake it's edreams website. I'm so disappointed on them. On other hand since its return tickets Lift Airline i didn't pay a cent.
