I had occasion to book a flight on the internet from Cape Town to George. First of all the website was slow and then to correct an error, which was entirely my fault, but in an user unfriendly website, the dates were wrong. I could not get either the helpline phone to be answered nor would the airline answer my emails. <br> <br> The Prices must be against the Advertising laws of South Africa. The price in common understanding is for 22kgs of luggage as well as the seat. Safair has brought the disreputable practices of RYANAIR into the South African airline industry. Let us hope the public vote with their rands and go elsewhere for their air travel needs. <br> <br> They are not a cheap airline.
