Maybe give FlySafair a miss... not because of the flight but because of the booking process

I tried to book a flight directly on the website and it kept crashing at different stages. Tried on my phone... Same experience. Restarted my laptop... Did a cache refresh... Tried everything I could but it would crash with different messages at different stages. Eventually after an hour and a bit (that should have taken 5 min), I made a booking... I logged in and now there are 3 bookings in upcoming flights. Very disappointed in the whole experience...
