Marketing abuse

I'd like to make a complaint regarding the sale today and the app performance. I captured everything for my travels and traveller details and proceeded to checkout at the sale price and then once my card details were entered the app froze and did not proceed further. Eventually I had to exit and when I went it, the flights were still there and I had to make payment on them but the price had increased to the normal rate.

I don't think this is fair, and your WhatsApp customer service agent wasn't able to assist me. I have flown with FlySafair before, and I'm a regular flyer, but I won't be using FlySafair again as this sales feels like it was more clickbait than anything.
