MANAGING WITH DAMAGING ATTITUDE

On the 10 March 2015 i had a return flight from PE to Cpt. i got to the airport terminal at 06:45, then proceeded to print my ticket manually as i had no lugage to book in. there was a problem with the machine and was advised to go to he Safair book in counter. i stood in the que and waited for my turn. i got the counter and a gentleman walked pass me with very little eye contact and remarked \you must check in ealier"to respond o this i remarked\"" i am still within my checking time\"". he went on to repond to my cmment \""well it does not mena you must book in at the last minute\"". i was astounded with the tone of this persons voice. i asked he Safair attendant who the manager is"
