Maintenance brings check-in to a standstill

Had to fly today to Durban on Flysafair and was unable to check-in on line since their system is down due to maintenance. Knowing that we would all now need to check-in at a counter you would think Flysafair would have more than 4 counters open. Ridiculous under Covid we need to que. Poor planning and service on behalf of Flysafair
