Lying on their website how to pay

I booked my ticket and you had options how to pay, Pick 'n Pay was one option and it was easier for me that way. Went to two Pick 'n Pay's in Brackenfell and both said you can't, why put it on your website and you can't pay it that way. I'm a frequent flyer who travels to my daughters in Jhb and wanted to use FlySafair but this is just so uncalled for.<br> It cost me to travel form Brackenfell to Cape Town to go and pay there and before a certain time, this is so not on.
