Luggage not tagged

I boarded flight FA160 today 19.11.2019 from CT to Dbn at 07h00 ref PBPVKQ. I handed my suitcase to the crew member standing at the bottom for loading into the cargo hold. He handed me the pink ticket#817522. I noticed he did not ask me my seat#, nor put on a cable tie nor attach any ticket to the suitcase. I asked him if he was sure the suitcase was safe, and he confirmed this. I watched the suitcase being wheeled around to the cargo hold by another staff member. On arrival in Durban, the case was not there. There was an identical one at the top of the stairs, so I took this to the lost luggage kiosk, assuming someone had taken mine in error. This suitcase also was not tagged, and not cable tied, so we could not trace the owner. I returned 3 hours later but still no suitcase. 9 hours later and still no news. Flysafair must take accountability for losing this luggage, which contains chronic medicine and other valuables.
