Luggage mishandling

Flying from Johannesburg to Capetown with a wrapped suitcase. On arrival I took my suitcase off the carousel all well. Walking to the car rental the 1 wheel of the suitcase broke off. On having a closer look you could see the suitcase has been obviously mishandled. I went back to Flysafair luggage department with the off wheel in my hand. On arrival I was informed here is an email send the pictures and complaint to this email address. I did it straight away. The last communication was 3 day's ago to please send a boarding pass which I did in the 1st place with the luggage tag. Unfortunately this wasn't my 1st time experiencing mishandling of my suitcases on Flysafair flights. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional from the so-called few airlines you can choose from in SA.
